As a result, human resources must be aware of what value it creates, how it creates value, and what interests affect and are affected by HR activities. HR Planning links the Human Resources function to an organization’s mission, goals, objectives, and strategies. Having a strategic HR plan is as essential as having a sales and marketing plan for an organization.
The training seeks to equip participants on how they should become strategic leaders while bonding organizational goals, mission, and vision to the human factor of the organization in which they find themselves. Participants will explore methods for creating a responsive HR strategy that supports organizational agility and addresses workforce challenges.
